Baloney Maroney’s was started in 2025 by W.T. Cauley, who wanted to create an affordable, yet tasty place to stop for a bite on Route 66. The ties to Route 66 are strong…W.T.’s wife is the niece of Michael Wallis, the voice of the Sheriff in Disney/Pixar’s classic movie, Cars. But he's also the legendary "Voice of Route 66," an acclaimed author and historian of the American West, with his book Route 66: The Mother Road inspiring the films. With ties like that, there was only one place for W.T. and his wife to launch their vintage food trailer, Baloney Maroney’s. Serving tasty smoked baloney sandwiches, smoked fresh daily, along with awesome sides and other dishes, Baloney Maroney’s offers a very affordable place to stop, take a breath from the road or the office, and enjoy a tasty meal in the legendary Meadow Gold District, in the heart of the Land of the Giants.
